Nicola Meyer is head of the Berlin Migration and Decent Work Department at Arbeit und Leben Berlin-Brandenburg. After completing her MA in Social Management, she specialized in organisational development and project management in the integration and social work fields. As the managing director of Wassertor e.V., she spent many years promoting community work in Kreuzberg. As part of her work at Arbeit und Leben, she oversees the Berlin Advice Centre for Migration and Decent Work, which offers needs-based labour, social, and residence law counselling for migrants in thirteen languages.
