Ewa Edström

Ewa Edström works as an ombudsman at Fastighetsanställdas förbund, a Swedish trade union that organizes maintenance workers and cleaners. She has the cleaning industry as her area of responsibility where, in addition to collective agreement negotiations, she works actively with the procurement issue, work environment and counteracting work-life crime in the industry. In this work, she is part of the reference group for the national delegation against work-related crime. She is responsible for a unique project where the union works together with the cleaning companies and the authorities to remove the rogue companies from the market.
