Senior Public Prosecutor for Labour Exploitation in the Netherlands

Els Martens has served as a Public Prosecutor since 2004, specializing in human trafficking with a focus on sexual and criminal exploitation since 2005, and labor exploitation since 2017. Besides working as a Public Prosecutor, Els Martens also teaches judges, public prosecutors, detectives, defense lawyers, and lawyers who represent victims in the Netherlands and abroad.
